This role is **Hybrid** Working (3 Days in Belfast City Centre (State of the Art Office) + 2 days Working From Home)

This is a Monday - Friday position. This will initially be a 12-month contract.

**Responsibilities**

You will be principally responsible for coordinating the firm’s global approach to legal directories. Specifically, this will cover management of our contractual agreement with Chambers, including maintenance of all lawyer and department profiles, management of the inbox and dealing with internal queries. You will also maintain firmwide guidance and best practice to support the submission process and identifying synergies and efficiencies to streamline our approach.....

You will also have operational delivery and line management responsibilities within the Belfast Marketing team, which will include recruitment, onboarding and training. With a strong focus on people management and stakeholder management, you will build very strong working relationships and to collaborate on service delivery, as well as resourcing and talent management. **The Ideal Person**
- Significant line management experience in a Manager or Team Lead role, with excellent people management and leadership skills.
- Demonstrable experience of working with a range of senior stakeholders and managing individuals with dual reporting lines.
