**The Role - Responsibilities**:
**Sales management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all business development activities, including leads, quotes, and client interactions.
- Regularly analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong account management and NB generation practices through regular phone calls, meetings, and excellent customer service.
- Utilise data for reporting purposes, including creating dashboards and providing insights to management.
- Contribute to sales performance through self-managed accounts and new business generation.

**Teamwork and training**:

- Conduct call assessment of individuals to ensure maximising all opportunities and providing feedback and development where required
- Conduct side by side coaching to support with ongoing development of team.
- Deliver monthly 1-2-1’s and reviews aligned with performance management.

**Sales Knowledge**
- You’ll have a grasp of the basic sales methodologies
- Knowledge of recognised sales approaches such as SPIN Selling or Action Selling a plus

**Pricing**
- Ability to demonstrate understanding of pricing and negotiation
- Capable of communicating effectively with site to support effective delivery of projects

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the compliance industry
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and an ability to coach others on them.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving common goals
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, driven, results-orientated and proactive attitude.
