**Doctors Direct** have an exciting opportunity for a **consultant** to work with us at **East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust** in **Dermatology**.

We are looking for a doctor dedicated to, and passionate about, improving health and wellbeing within the East Kent community.

This Role is an ongoing fulltime placement opportunity within the fast paced Dermatology department. This role would be predominantly based in East Kent with the opportunity to work extra shifts across the Trusts’ other sites and any of our partner Trusts. Any applicants have experience in Specialist/Advanced Skin Surgery and Advanced skin grafts and flaps surgical experience.

**Your key responsibilities will be to**:

- The general responsibilities of the post will be those expected of a senior clinical employee of the Trust. These include provision of a first-class clinical service, effective leadership to all staff involved in supporting the service, conducting clinical practice in accordance with the highest ethical standards, co-operation with and maintenance of confidentiality over business plans and development strategies within the Trust, support for other clinical specialties and contribution to postgraduate teaching.
- The appointee will be expected to deliver a service covering all aspects of dermatology, but a special interest to complement those of the existing consultants would be encouraged.

- **Days per week**: Monday-Friday **OR** various ad hoc shifts available every day of the week
- **Shift pattern**: 08:00-16:00/9:00-17:00, on-going, part-time hours also available
- **Hours per week**: 20-50 hours available
- **Start date**: ASAP- no end date, this is on-going the client will accept short term contracts
- **Rate of pay**:From £120ph
- **Payment method: PAYE **we do NOT facilitate payment through LTD/umbrella companies
- Valid GMC
- Right to work in the UK
- Clinical attachment complete and minimum of 3 months paid experience in the NHS/UK
