CNC Setter/operator/programmer

Job Summary:
Our CNC’s are Holzer Promaster machines, previous experience on these or similar machines is essential.

**Duties**:

- Read and interpret technical drawings to determine machine set-up and production methods
- Program CNC machines using G-code or CAM software
- Set up machines with the correct cutting tools and parameters
- Monitor machine operations to ensure parts are produced to specifications
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC programs or machine malfunctions
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in CNC programming and operation
- Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials handling
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Mechanical knowledge for machine set-up and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar CAD software
- Basic math skills for calculations and measurements
- Experience with assembling logic controllers is a plus
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools for machine set-up and maintenance

Pay: £11.62-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
