Hope and Homes for Children is looking for a PR and Talent Officer to join its Brand and Communications team.

**About the role**:
As our PR and Talent Officer, you’ll be responsible for ambassador/influencer and journalist outreach, including pitching to agents and ambassadors. You'll work on compelling content creation, discussion and engagement on current affairs from the perspective of our cause and issues.

You’ll join a brave, can-do organisation and do work that matters day in, day out. You’ll be encouraged to think and act big and you’ll be mandated and supported to make things happen. You’ll work with dedicated, passionate champions who are ready to take bold steps to inspire change by advocating and engaging individuals, communities and organisations across the globe in the foundational importance of family love for children.

**About you**:
You’ll be a key member of the Brand and Communications team, reporting to the Senior Media and PR Manager. To be successful in this role, you’ll need experience of influencer outreach and management with a demonstrable interest in news and public affairs. You must have a minimum of 1 year’s experience in a PR or journalism role.

You'll have excellent writing and storytelling skills and be able to come up with innovative ways to illustrate complex information or stories. You'll also have excellent verbal communication skills and you must have demonstrable experience of creating press releases, pitches and social content.

**Location**:HHC’s main office in Salisbury, or London office, with flexibility and home working options for part of the week.

**Contract Type**: Permanent

**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility, as we have generous flexible and home working practises.

**Salary**: £28,000 to £32,000 per annum including any London Weighting.
