You will provide administration support within the Rehab Team.

Excellent organisational skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to work un-supervised using your own initiative. You will need to be able to develop strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels and communicate well with customers, patients and members of the public. A pro-active, flexible and professional approach to your work is vital.

You will be confident, enthusiastic and deeply committed to providing a high-quality service to Rehab Direct (RD) but also to our clients. You will also be responsible for working with your team to ensure that all processes within RD are being correctly understood and implemented. You will support the clinical and administration team to deliver a first-class administration function.

**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**
- Ability to work well as part of a team, as well as individually.
- Adhere to administrative processes.
- Ability to communicate with staff and customers in a pleasant and effective manner.
- Skills in engaging with staff/customers and dealing/negotiating with their queries from point of contact.
- We expect a high level of integrity as you will have access to confidential records.
- Ability to demonstrate strong customer focus.
- Ability to be self-motivating, innovative and work without supervision.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload.
- Good computer skills including Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams.

**MAIN DUTIES TO INCLUDE**:

- Keep in regular contact with our patient’s, checking on progress and ensuring that any actions required are completed in a timely manner.
- Entering client’s records onto internal systems and creating client files when new instructions received.
- Provide customers with RD terms and conditions where needed.
- Request/chase medical records/GP records as required.
- Arranging and following up on appointments with clients, clinics and patients.
- Proof-reading letters, reports etc. providing quality assurance for external communications
- Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls.
- Carrying out general clerical duties to include filing, typing, photocopying and scanning.
- Diary management for case managers, liaising with other members of the team appropriately.
- Maintain and secure correspondence, records and documents relating to the clients/patients.
- Resolve administrative enquiries/inquiries and prepare written responses to these.
- Maintain internal computer records and filing systems.
- Ensure up to date knowledge of policies, procedures, services and relevant legislation.
- Any other duties commensurate with the role.
