Our clients are mid-high net worth company directors/owners and all leads are provided via our digital marketing system.

This is a perfect role for anyone that has good experience in the mortgage, property or finance sector.

Working with Holtram TLPI clients will expand your knowledge of property, alternative forms of property investing such as equity and loan-based crowdfunding, business investing, property taxation and investment planning.

There is huge earning potential and therefore expectations to successfully fulfil the role include:
To promote and advise on the asset class of property, loan and crowdfunding. To deliver professional 1-2-1 webinars by Zoom or Teams to our high-net-worth clients using our investment presentation.

Drive revenues and other commercial objectives through long-term and proactive relationship management with new and existing clients based on trust and distinctive service.

Provide holistic advice to support the achievement of the client’s business and personal financial objectives using our niche investment strategies.

To be responsible for the management of a portfolio of clients where you will be given your own leads. You will NOT be sourcing your own clients.

To work closely with colleagues, to ensure the quality delivery of advice and support is provided to clients.

To conduct your business in accordance with company compliance requirements.

To ensure you are fully aware of the legislative and internal compliance procedures relating to the role and that you act in accordance with those procedures at all times.

Ultimately you will be helping our clients grow their wealth using our unique investment strategies.

**Salary**: Up to £90,000.00 per year
