Job title**:Emergency Call Handler**

Salary**:£22,659 per annum**

Location**:Parker Court, Stafford**

Hours**:37.5 hours per week (Mon - Fri) Permenant position**

If you are caring, compassionate, keep calm under pressure, can communicate effectively and help deal with emergency and distressing situations, you will put the **Plus**, in our Care Plus Service.

We are not your typical contact centre. A small, friendly team of advisors work as part of the larger organisation to offer customers the support needed to live safe, supported and independent lives.

**This role is for week days you will be working Monday - Friday**
