**Aftersales Technical Customer Service Advisor**

**6-Month FTC**
**Monday - Friday**
**Fully Office Based**
**£25,875 Pro Rata**

**Key areas of responsibility**:

- Accountability and confidence in managing customer solutions
- Is adept at managing time and resource to deliver results for our customers
- Understands the importance of processes and procedures to provide structure not to constrict innovation and delivery of great results for our customers
- Great relationship builder through incredible service delivery, problem resolution and the empathetic management of customer situations
- Regularly checks in to see that Team KPI and SLA’s are being met and contributes to exceeding those targets with all contacts answered promptly striving to be the best we can
- Develops high levels of knowledge through our fantastic training program to delight the customers when dealing with products in our ranges
- Can multi-task as you will have different things to do - no 2 days are the same
- Proactivity, creativity and effectively are how we manage the things we get wrong to put them right. Accountability is what you use to ensure this happens
- Actively be involved in maintaining, and contributing to high team moral = a high-performance team

**Expertise**:

- Loves working with people, both colleagues and customers
- Can find a positive in everything and consistently thinks of improvement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with challenges and learn by them to promote their understanding of the business
- Able to understand process and procedure but can recommend improvements and flex if necessary

- Achieve data processing quality standards and accuracy rate target
- To ensure that service quality and brand values are maintained
- Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team

- Takes responsibility and ownership for own actions

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience within a Contact Centre/Customer Service environment would be preferred but is not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and demonstrates a ‘can do’ attitude
- Knows that a customer calling us is a privilege and not a chore
- Ability to focus on solutions rather than problems
- Expresses passion and enthusiasm within the role
- Proven track record on delivering quality as a top priority
- Quick to adapt and learn new skills
- An ability to be able to understand aftersales drawings and instructions will be of benefit But will be trained
- Good MS Office skills
