We are looking to recruit a Payroll and Accounts Administrator to assist with the Accounts department and the Operations team. This role is flexible to allow you to work shorter days or a condensed week
- 3pm Monday to Friday).

We are a successfully growing company and you will be joining our friendly and vibrant office-based team of 10 people, 2 office dogs and working from a modern and comfortable office 5 minutes from the centre of Oakham.

We require you to have excellent attention to detail and must be comfortable working with different systems, you do not need any specific qualifications as you will receive full training.

You will be supporting the Accounts department with the following tasks:

- Invoicing customers
- Processing payroll
- Chasing overdue invoices
- Other jobs on request

You will be supporting the Operations team with the following tasks:

- Handling customer calls
- Dealing with booking enquiries
- Allocating assignments to operatives
- General administrative support

The role is to assist with two departments to support the growing business, depending on your strengths and interests and the businesses needs your role may change.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
