Our client is looking for an experienced Human Resources Assistant.

Ensure that payroll is advised of all pay related changes by the payroll deadline to ensure accuracy of employee pay.

Update and maintain all employee data on Agresso in accordance with HR procedures and processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data.

Undertake any data verification or cleansing processes as required to ensure the ongoing accuracy of HR data.

Assist the Assistant HR Adviser with the secretarial arrangements for the Local Joint Council meetings with Trade Unions to ensure all arrangements are made on time.

Produce contracts of employment in accordance with Council policy and procedure to ensure staff are in receipt of up-to-date and accurate terms and conditions of employment.

Assist the Head of HR with the production of high volumes of correspondence to employees as part of an HR project or initiative.

Experience of working in an administrative role in a busy, customer focussed environment

Experience of providing advice and information to customers in an efficient and effective way
