**Job Title**: Retail Store Supervisor
**Salary**: £26,000 p/a
**Working pattern**:The store is open Monday - Sunday. This is a full time position, working 40 hours per week.

Adecco are excited to be teaming up with an established retail organisation, with a store based in Kingston, who are looking to recruit an store supervisor who can support the management team with the commercial success of the store
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Managing the effective workflow of the shop floor
- Identifying tasks that need to be completed and delegating jobs to the right people
- Ensuring shop floor is always well stocked, communicating to staff what areas need to be refilled.
- Supervising work, evaluating performance, and providing feedback to colleagues and/or your manager as required.
- Creating a positive and proactive work environment for your Team, by leading with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Training new hires
- Keyholder duties, including opening and closing the store
- Assuming additional management responsibilities as may be required in the absence of the Management team.
- Assisting with staff scheduling as required
- Receiving, processing, and organising store deliveries
- Processing customer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS) system
- End of day cashing up and float management, cash Safe management and G4S lodgements
- Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner.
- 2 years minimum at store manager level in a fast-paced, busy retail environment.
- Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- IT proficient and able to quickly learn in house systems and use company apps.
- Highly organised, structured & solutions oriented.
- Able to work independently and lead a team with an energetic and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
- Comfortable working in a very fast-paced, productive environment.
- Have expertise in retail operational standards.
