Head of Brand & Communications

£50,000 - £60,000 + Car, Bonus and Benefits

Our client is a large and successful B2B organisation operating in the Building and Construction Market who are currently looking to recruit a Head of Brand to manage a small Brand Marketing team and lead the Marketing and Communications activity.

Reporting into the Marketing Director the Head of Brand will be responsible for;
- Developing and implementing the Brand, Events and Communications marketing strategy
- Management of all brand, events and communications Marketing activities to enhance and develop the brand and support in events and activities that promote the business
- Lead on a brand refresh including rebranding across the business
- Plan and create marketing promotional literature to support events, trade fairs and conferences
- Working on promotions, product introductions and demonstrations
- Play an instrumental role in developing the Digital marketing strategy
- Own the Social Media strategy and lead on the content strategy, creating content including for Social Paid marketing campaigns
- Support the Digital Marketing development of all websites
- Develop communications through all channels, highlighting the business as an industry voice and building the brand
- Analyse and identify opportunities for change and continuous improvement within the team

Requirements for the role
- Experience of Brand Management, Events and Communications marketing experience ideally in either Building & Construction or Manufacturing.
- People management experience with the ability to lead and develop a team
- Proven experience in Brand development both offline and online
- Proactive and pragmatic, you should be able to overcome constraints in a fast paced and complex business environment

The role is based in South Yorkshire in the Sheffield area with the requirement to be in the office 2 days a week. Some travel around the UK is also required on occasions.
