**Firmware Project Lead**

**Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire - Flexible Hybrid Working Structure**

**Salary: £60K - £70K - Depending on Experience + Excellent Benefits**

**Full-time/Permanent - Monday to Friday**

Remarkable Jobs are delighted to be working with a leading, reputable organisation who due to significant growth are looking to recruit a ‘Firmware Project Manager’ to join their established R&D department.

**‘Firmware Project Manager’ Main Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with Marketing and Engineering teams to create the embedded software definition and initial development proposals.
- Be fully involved in product design specification to create development plans and working with the software development team.
- Reporting on the progress of the project to the wider project management team and stakeholders.
- Liasing wityh the software testing department to create test plans and strategies to improve quality.
- Working with the product development team for maintenance releases to address bugs and add new features.
- Management of third parties and vendors where needed.

**Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications needed for this ”Firmware Project Manager’ role**:

- Proven experience of delivering products that have embedded software and electronics.
- A track record of project management and managing cross functional teams.
- Experience of managing vendors and third-parties.
- Proficiency in Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Jira.
- To have a good understanding of French would be advantageous.
