This role involves working in our sanding and finishing departments learning alongside experienced operatives producing bespoke joinery within an acceptable timeframe and of exceptional quality.

**A Learning Opportunity**:
The role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in joinery manufacture, whilst working on projects for prestigious clients.

You will learn how to (amongst others):

- Set up and use the drum sander for the various items
- Set up and use the edge sander
- Operate belt & orbital sanders
- Operatve different grit belts which are used for veneer, MDF, Plywood and various materials
- Ensuring that all items are finished to a very high-standard ready for the spray shop
- Play a key role in the quality control process

- Has a conscientious approach to work
- Possesses strong communication skills and can think on their feet

- Wants to progress and develop

**Experience**:
Previous experience in woodworking, joinery or carpentry is beneficial but by no means essential.

**Working hours**:

- Monday to Thursday: 07:00 - 16:00
- Friday: 07:00 - 13:00
