Our client based in Corby is looking for Bakery Operatives/Food Production Operatives to join their fantastic modern bakery. No previous experience in a similar role is required due to full training and induction which is provided by the client. Positions will lead to a permanent role after a qualifying period.

Main duties will involve:

- Food production line work
- Mixing of Ingredients
- Monitoring product quality as part of a team
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic working area
- Getting orders ready out for delivery
- Working in a team to achieve a common goal
- Machine operation
- Working as part of the dispatching team

Shifts and pay: (Hourly rates have increased for this role)
- 4 on 4 off 0600 - 1800 and 1800 - 0600 rotating every two weeks
- £11.00 per hour on 0600 - 1800 if shifts fall between Monday - Friday
- £12.00 per hour on 06.00 - 18.00 if shifts fall on Saturday or Sunday
- £12.00 per hour on 1800 - 0600 if shifts fall between Monday - Friday
- £13.00 per hour on 06.00 - 18.00 if shifts fall on Saturday or Sunday

Overtime Rates:

- £14.66 per hour for any overtime on a week day day shift (Not already rota'd)
- £15.99 per hour for any overtime on a week day night shift (Not already rota'd)
- £18.00 per hour for any overtime on a weekend day shift (Not already rota'd)
- £24.00 per hour for any overtime on a weekend night shift (Not already rota'd)
