Due to our continued growth, we are looking to appoint a **Personal Assistant** to provide high quality personal and administration assistance to the Senior Management team.

Responsibilities will include, although not limited to:

- First point of contact for any inbound enquiries to the Senior Management team.
- Managing the Senior Management Teams’ diary and appointments, ensuring effective use of time and preparation of papers and information in advance.
- Preparing and/or drafting correspondence, as required.
- Carrying out a range of administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, making travel arrangements.
- Managing electronic and paper-based filing systems.
- Organising internal and external meetings and teleconferences, including booking venues, arranging accommodation and taking minutes as required.
- Preparing agendas for internal and external meetings, ensuring papers are accurate, prepared and circulated on time.
- Coordinating and collating reports for Board and management meetings, liaising with all departments as required.
- Updating and delivering presentations for staff inductions, as required.
- Undertaking projects from time-to-time on behalf of the Senior Management Team, e.g., organisation of events.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate:

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- The ability to work at pace on multiple projects.
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- IT literate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised.
