Position: School Administrator
Location: Monmouth
Pay: £10-£12 an hour
Type of role: Temporary
Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday

Reed Education are currently recruiting for experienced Administrators for multiple schools across Wales, starting as soon as possible. So, if you’re in the market for a new role, have administration experience and are keen on working within education settingsthen we’d love to hear from you as we have temporary, permanent, full time and part time positions available.

Duties will include
- Responding to a range of written, telephone and ‘face to face’ enquiries.
- Undertake general office duties to include: opening and sorting of post; filing; photocopying; maintaining office diary; monitoring/ordering of stationery as required; managing reception; Cash handling, collection and reconciliation.
- Provide a point of contact for parents and visitors, ensuring communication and information flows are effective.
- To update registers and keep a record of late/absent children, sending absence texts to parents as relevant.
- Monitoring school supplies and ordering resources as and when needed.
- Greeting visitors at reception.
