AQA is committed to making a positive impact through outstanding environmental sustainability. Our long-term goal is to ensure that we align to the UK government's commitment under the Paris Climate Change Agreement to be net carbon neutral before 2050.

As the **Sustainability Coordinator** at AQA, you will be assisting with the development of the delivery of the sustainability strategy and assisting with the progression of carbon net zero actions and objectives.

You will work as part of the HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) Team, working closely with the Head of Workplace Experience and Sustainability along with operational leaders and senior managers within the business and with external account managers and landlords. You will play a key role in establishing a new Corporate Social Responsibility steering group to strengthen the governance around the sustainability agenda and to foster greater collaboration and knowledge exchange to deliver on our sustainability goals

**What you need to succeed?**
- Knowledge of building management system services
- Confidence to communicate to different levels of seniority, right across the business
- The ability to understand the needs and manage the expectations of customers
- Proactivity, being able to manage your time and use your initiative
- Excellent data management skills to organise and maintain data from multiple sources and in multiple formats
- The ability to lead on the creation of impactful communications
