Position: Executive Assistant with Marketing Experience

Location: Whitstable

Employment Type: Full-time (9-5)

**Salary**: £20,000-£25,000, based on experience

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate WhatsApp communications, promptly responding to queries and relaying important information to the entrepreneur and relevant teams.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and maintaining records.
- Track and organise receipts and expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Take comprehensive notes during meetings, synthesising key points and action items.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in client strategy development, ensuring alignment with the entrepreneur's vision and goals.
- Review client websites and provide insightful feedback to enhance their online presence and marketing efforts.
- Plan and design process flows to optimise efficiency and productivity across the businesses.
- Assist with social media tasks, helping to curate engaging content and maintain a consistent online presence for the directors personal brand

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably with exposure to marketing activities.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for communication, scheduling, and document management.
- Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude, capable of handling challenges with grace and professionalism.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- A positive and collaborative team player, capable of building strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
