We're looking for a _Diary Coordinator / Scheduler_ to join the Auger team based at our state-of-the-art head office in Wallasey.

The role_**
In the Diary Coordinator role, you will be part of a team responsible for scheduling appointments for our 105 nationwide engineers. We aim to provide exceptional service, visiting our policyholders as quickly as possible and sending the engineer with the right skills and equipment to solve our customer’s issue. This must be balanced with looking after our engineers on the road, ensuring that their working day is manageable and workload is spread evenly amongst the entire team.
**_ Preferred experience_**
- Experience in scheduling site visits or appointments
- Strong knowledge of UK postcodes & geography
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Worked within a fast-paced administration team environment
- Outstanding customer care
- Problem-solving skills
