We are looking to recruit an Best Practice Lead based in Islington. The Best Practice Lead will help to develop, maintain, and improve the access to information regarding quality assurance and help to drive improvements to the overall delivery of service quality across the Social Interest Group.

**JOB PURPOSE**:
To work collaboratively as a member of the Best Practice Team to embed a culture of quality assurance and continuous improvement across the Social Interest Group (SIG) by;
- developing and improving the Quality Handbook as a dynamic and interactive resource and promoting it as the key tool for driving quality across the operations directorate in SIG,
- working with the Director of Best Practice to define, embed and monitor ‘what good looks like’ across the Operations Directorate,
- creating a quality assurance framework that defines a methodology for how we assess and monitor quality across SIG,
- supporting Heads of Service and Managers to understand and deliver best practice across all services, including Peer Mentoring and Volunteering and Participants and Residents’ involvement,
- working with the Peer Mentor and Volunteer Coordinator to develop best practice guidelines for the recruitment support and development of peer mentors and volunteers in SIG,
- modelling a Psychologically and Trauma Informed approach to every aspect of the role that becomes a benchmark of best practice.

**Salary**: £46,530.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
