The post holder will work as a member of the NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board in the Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism Commissioning Team (MH/LD/A).

To supervise our Expert by Experience worker/s and provide them with effective and efficient support to play a key meaningful role in the design and development of services in Lincolnshire for people with a mental health need, learning disability and/or autism

This work will include supporting the Expert by Experience worker/s to take part in Care and Treatment Reviews, working as part of the ICB MH/LDA Commissioning Team, prioritising and meeting the demands and needs of the senior management team to the Expert by Experience worker/s, providing reassurance of workload and performance of the Expert of Experience worker/s to the Case Manager and being a Single Point of Access for the Expert by Experience worker.

To support the work streams undertaken by the Case Managers within the MH/LDA Commissioning Team.

Work streams are in line with local and national agendas for example, Care and Treatment Reviews, Continuing Health Care, Mental Health and Out Area Placements.

The post holder will contribute to the delivery of commissioning and to the wider priorities of the ICB.
