This is a new post in the Learning and Organisational Development Team, supporting the Senior Digital Design Partner in the management and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS). The role is responsible for the daily maintenance of the Learning Management System, which includes our Training Records and Competency System.

**What will the apprentice be doing?**
- Manage and maintain the LMS to ensure ease of use and encourage user engagement. This will include the upload of courses onto the LMS, reform as required and build pages on the LMS to house content.
- Proactively seek to continuously improve data quality and integrity within the LMS.
- Ensure every course has an auditable record trail of course participation and completion. Administer and produce reports for stakeholders on course participation and completion.
- Maintain and update eLearning packages.
- Maintain and update training attendance and feedback.
- Create programs of learning and individual course pages to house content.
- Together with the Senior Digital Design Partner, participate in projects where there is a digital learning requisite to ensure new solutions have a considered approach inclusive of their proficiency.
- Support the Senior Digital Learning Designer in other LMS administrative duties
- Electronic filing and archiving relating to People Development activity.
- To undertake such other duties as may be required from time to time to support the wider L&OD Team, commensurate with the grade and positioning of the post.

**Working week**

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Hybrid working along with 2 days at week at service headquarters in Huntingdon.

Total hours per week: 37 hours a week
