We are leading suppliers of demolition and decommissioning services throughout the UK and Europe, clearing the way for our clients to build the communities of tomorrow.

We are currently seeking a capable Executive Assistant / Finance Assistant to join our team. The role will support the Directors and offer vital assistance to our Finance Team. We are a relatively small team and see this role becoming an integral part of the business.

**Duties will include**:
Provide administrative support to the Directors including:

- Managing confidential documents
- Communicating with internal and external stake holders
- Other ad hoc tasks as required

Provide support to our Finance Team including:

- Responsible for banking and making payments in the absence of the Management Accountant
- Responsible for company credit cards - making payments and processing expenses
- Assisting in the preparation of weekly site P&L’s when required
- Offering support in the absence of the Sales Ledger/Purchase Ledger Clerk
- Assisting with the management of debtors/creditors
- Assisting with the management of finance documents and records
- Other ad hoc tasks as required

**Required Skills**:

- Previous experience in a similar Executive or Finance Assistant role
- Good IT skills - Microsoft Office, Outlook
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise and work well in a fast paced environment
- To work well within a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Company confidentiality to be adhered to at all times
- Previous experience using Sage 50 Accounts would be an advantage

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- UTTOXETER: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
