Element Recruitment are working with a professional services company based in Bath, who are looking for a Receptionist for the next 8 weeks.
- Address: Bath
- Role: Receptionist
- Full time, 35 hours per week (however they are happy to accommodate 4 days per week if required)
- 9am - 5pm, with some flex
- Dress code: Smart
- Contract length: 8 weeks, potentially longer
- Pay rate: £10.85 per hour (+holiday)

This is a stand alone Receptionist role, you will be the first point of contact for all clients, as well as answering the phone and looking after the meeting rooms. The Bath office is busy as it has a large business team. Ideally you will have experienceworking within Administration or Reception, as this is a law firm and a professional environment.

Duties include:

- Meeting and greeting clients and staff
- Answering the phone and directing clients to the correct department
- Processing orders for the organisation
- Dealing with ad-hoc admin tasks from all departments

You will have:

- Administration or Reception experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- A good attitude and happy to help with any ad hoc tasks
