This fast-growing software house aims to triple it's sales over the next three years, so it's an ideal time to get a foot in the door on this journey.

As a graduate implementation consultant your role will be varied with work on client site and within the office. You will be the face of the business, gathering requirements and implementing software solutions for clients across industries who are seeking to recruit, develop talent and manage a variety of human resources processes.

Training will begin within the support team, to give you a wide overview of the different areas of the software products and to give you early exposure to the company's clients.

You will then move into the consulting team, becoming an expert in the software, ensuring that it is correctly configured to meet the clients' needs. You will work with them throughout the product life-cycle. You will gain exposure to international high profile clients throughout your work.

This is a fantastic position for someone who is looking for a role with the perfect mix of technology and communication - you will gather requirements, implement software and deliver workshops to ensure that clients are ready to take their next steps independently. You will be the consistently friendly, supportive professional to turn to in a rapidly expanding business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Becoming an expert in the software products
- Requirements gathering
- Migrating data from existing systems on to the new software product
- Being the interface between the business and client
- Configuring software to work for clients' needs
- Interacting with third party software companies, if you need to integrate the software with other products
- Travelling to meet clients on site
- Delivering training workshops to clients

This role is office-based initially, dropping to three days per week in the office after 6 months.

**You Will Need**:

- 2:1 or above (or equivalent) in computer science, information management, physics, mathematics, engineering or any related degree
- Excellent communication skills - professional and confident communication with clients
- Good analytical and problem solving abilities
- Passion and interest in technology
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
