Wsus Consultant

Job responsibilities below:

- WSUS configuration
- maintenance & support
- Strong communication and articulation skills
- Troubleshooting and issue remediation
- Strong experience at design documentation
- Hand-on experience with design and implementation of WSUS for 3+ years
- WSUS server setup and testing along with establishing connection with database.
- Experience at WSUS design and deployment
- Database and storage design and configuration
- Consideration for Network design
- Plan and design considerations for number of client connections
- Strong troubleshooting and break fix skills.
- Should be able to create SOP documents for first line support.
- Strong hands-on experience on security and non-security patch remediation on large scale of Windows server environment through WSUS server
- Knowledge and experience at Active Directory GPO, network, and firewall requirements
- Knowledge on different modes of WSUS and upstream/downstream management style
- Concept of network load balancing with failover SQL cluster for WSUS

knowledge and experience around roaming clients for WSUS in case applicable

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £350.00-£400.00 per day

- Azure: 6 years (preferred)
