- Berks (Hybrid 3 days in office) - Contract - 12 months maternity leave - £30,000 - £32,000**

We have an exciting role with a global lifestyle brand for an experienced Marketing Executive.

The Marketing Executive will be a key part of the Marketing team contributing to the creation of monthly, and long-term campaigns for incentives, conferences, and incentive travel, clearly communicating news and updates through various channels.

You’ll help develop a tone of voice for each medium such as targeted mailings, newsletters, social media groups, digital and printed assets. With confidence in working with external designers and printers, you’ll be the main point of contact for communicationfrom head office to the salesforce. The Marketing Executive must be an organised multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.

**Key responsibilities**

**Communication & Creative**

Briefing creative, engaging sales and recruitment marketing campaigns

To own communications around incentives and events, going through relevant channels.

Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure effective communication of all campaigns and incentives.

Using sales and recruitment data provided to build targeted mailings to drive incentives

Working with external suppliers in the creation of assets to support the campaigns through digital, print and video production.

Manage content and moderate our internal Facebook page.

Manage content calendar to plan upcoming communication with visibility of others content from members of the marketing teams, sales, and training team.

Build strong relationships with the salesforce, branch managers and sales team.

Providing Managers, with a toolkit every month for their campaign launch and having weekly comms meetings with them to help execute all marketing plans.

Attending salesforce events and activities

Effective communicator with an ability to connect with a range of audiences.

Supporting the Marketing Manager with annual projects such as conferences and incentive travel - from logistics, gift sourcing, budget management and communications.

Developing and executing event feedback surveys.

**Experience**

Experience in marketing support, project management, planning, and budgeting.

Excellent copywriting skills and adherence to brand guidelines.

Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and ability to create simple assets using templates provided.

Creative individual, friendly and passionate about creating impactful experiences for the salesforce.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Experience in a customer focused setting, within a real business organisation.

Be computer literate and have excellent skills in the MS Suites (Outlook, Word/PowerPoint, and Excel)

Knowledge of Adobe creative suites is an advantage.
