Our client, who are global leaders in the Automotive industry, are looking for Customer Service professionals to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
- **Salary - £21,000 - £23,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location - Northeast Bristol, modern open-plan offices (office-based role)
Onsite parking, EV charging points, bike storage, shower & changing facilities**_
**The Customer Service Advisor Duties**:

- First line response to all incoming customer queries and requests, providing where possible an immediate resolution and ensuring the Customer's expectations are managed.
- Ensure appropriate action is taken to resolve queries and or complaints.
- Use workflow processes to record queries and allocate tasks as appropriate allowing completion by others where appropriate
- Make proactive calls to customers as part of our Customer Excellence strategy.
- Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of each department's key responsibilities and functions and develop effective working relationships that ensure positive outcomes for the customer.
- Pro-actively follow up and manage to conclusion any issues arising from our customer feedback mechanisms.
- Undertake training to pass any reasonable qualification that maybe required as part of your role due to legislative requirements.

**The Successful Customer Service Advisor Applicant**:

- Proven experience in managing customer expectations and customer service delivery
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal.
- Understand the need to work within legislative guidelines and look for solutions within the framework
- Commercial awareness and understanding of business processes
