**The Company**

Brewster Partners are currently recruiting for a Client Administrator on behalf of a Leeds based client operating within the finance sector. The client are a well-established company which prides itself on innovation, inclusivity & commitment to employeesatisfaction.

**The Role**

This is a permanent and full-time role. This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working and is distributed across the days of Monday - Friday.

Within this role, you will be responsible for adopting a commercially focused approach to offer support within client reporting and portfolio administration across the company. A passion for both meeting & delivering high quality client service standardsthrough client valuations / knowledge of this process will be crucial in this role.

Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Quarterly data preparation, acting as a point of contact for managing queries from internal and external parties, assisting with data enquiries raised through reports
- Rebalance new funds & deals from new clients in line with MPS models
- Communicating effectively to work with colleagues to ensure all training standards are carried out and met
- Maintain all MiFID II reporting through regular monitoring and review
- Complying with FCA requirements alongside code of conduct polices and T&C framework

This role would be suited to someone who has previous experience working in a FCA regulated environment.

Good attention to detail and an ability to use initiative alongside an adaptability in the workplace is desirable for this role. Alongside:

- The ability & knowledge required to effectively utilise marketing campaign KPI's & metrics
- Proven literacy skills
- An interest in financial services
- Previous knowledge / experience of investment operations
- Ability to analyse and work with complex information
- Proven accuracy skills
- Intermediate in MS office
- A Levels or L3 Qualification & GCSE's (Grades A-C in Maths / English)
- Professional and positive attitude to work
