**The Role**:

**What we are looking for**:
No experience is necessary however we are ideally looking for someone with career experience, this does not have to be in the recruitment industry as you will be provided with training, although this is a bonus. The ideal person will:

- **Have experience in communicating with people in a professional setting**:

- **Ideally you will have 6 months or more recruitment experience but this is a bonus, not a necessity**:

- **OR If you do not have recruitment experience you will ideally have one or more years of work experience in a professional or sales environment**:

- **Driven and motivated to work in a fast paced environment**:

- **Have excellent communication and level of professionalism**

**Career Progression and Training**:
You will begin your role with Investigo with full end to end recruitment training. You will have the support of your team and our learning and development function. This includes:

- **121 training with your team and manager**:

- **In person, bespoke training programmes to your desk and area you recruit into**:

- **Full end to end training on the entire recruitment life cycle**:

- **Online models to bolster your learning**
