Client Relationship Executive

**About the role**:
Due to new business growth, we are looking for a highly organised, self motivated individual to join our successful and ever expanding Client Account Team.
Your goal will be to create and nurture our relationships with clients and key personnel within Client companies.
Reporting to the Client Account Manager, you will have real and rare opportunity to join a highly ambitious, expanding, private equity backed business with significant career value.
**Main Duties include**:
- Act as point of contact and build relationships with clients and key personnel within Client companies
- Ensuring client relationship targets and KPI’s are met
- Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their service.
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern raised by clients.
- Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
- Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
- Dealing with day-to-day queries
**Essential Skills / Experience**:
- Experience as a Client Relationship Executive (preferred but not essential)
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Can demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Can take instructions and carry out tasks efficiently and to a high standard
- Good time keeping
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Social and outgoing and easily able to build relationships
- Proficient with all facets of MS Office

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
