We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Practitioner to join [whole school approach team] and be part of our caring and progressive Kent School Health service. This is a varied and interesting role, working closely with local schools to provide the best possible start in life for Kent children.

Our school health teams provide support to families with children aged five to 19. This is a varied and interesting role, working closely with local schools to provide the best possible start in life for Kent children.

What will the role involve?

Providing and analysing data

Good interpersonal skills to support schools, parents and children

Deliver presentations

Attend and contribute to team meetings

Build relationships with colleagues to enhance the team working environment.

This role is a community
- based role so the majority of your duties will be carried out between your home and a community setting for example a school or trust site. We also offer a generous NHS pension, annual leave entitlement and a competitive pay framework to progress through.
