**What's involved with this role**:
**Interim WSO/WSOp Sensor Operator Instructor - PSR 1JP00062881**
- Theoretical and practical instruction, as directed by the Head of Section, of students during Foundation or Advanced Sensor Operator phases.
- Instruct refresher WSOps/WSOs and exchange officers to the standards prescribed in the approved syllabi. Assessment of student performance with reference to the assessment specification pre-scribed in the approved syllabi.
- Timely and accurate preparation of student reports and documentation.
- Assist the Head of Section in the daily supervision and welfare of students during all phases of training. Advice and guidance to students in both Foundation and Advanced phases to ensure their continual personal development.

Key requirements:

- Qualified WSOp ISTAR (Sensor).
- Operational experience as a Sensor Operator on Reaper/ Shadow.
- AIC/DTTT.
- Instructional experience (desirable)
- Operational flying category of above average (desirable).
