We are an established start-up digital agency with clients in global third party logistics and eCommerce market. Due to ongoing growth of our global marketing and digital projects, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Videographer and Editor.**

As an Videographer and Editor, you will have a wide range of technical and practical skills to provide solid and broadcast quality video editing, filming and content creation which will support a professional, productive and proactive digital marketing team and various users/stakeholders across different internal teams and networks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working alongside marketing and various stakeholders
- Working from home can be undertaken for up to two or three days per week
- Manage and organise the production of multi-media assets in our studio (videos and animated formats)
- Be responsible for editing footage, and producing video content suitable for publication across multiple channels (website, mobile, social media) - across a wide range of formats
- Produce, plan, co-ordinate shoots with Head of Marketing
- Film and edit videos for online broadcast using range of cameras and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
- Operate cameras, lighting and audio equipment as needed
- Create content and graphics on Canva for social platforms - Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter
- Experience in managing social media accounts and uploading content
- Curation and management of digital content for blog and social media platforms
- Curate content and write copy for weekly and monthly newsletters and mail-outs
- Basic colour matching and grading
- Source licensed additional footage, photos, or music for video projects as needed
- Exporting video content, including various versions as required
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel if needed
- Use your experience, and specialist knowledge of video production, to actively contribute to team creative brainstorms
- Manage the workflow of video content in post-production
- Discover and create new and recurring video/multi-media formats for our content and partners
- Assisting with production team with regular filming set up, sitting in on marketing and production meetings
- Liaison with external suppliers, including internal developers, designers and stakeholders
- Over time, you will be actively encouraged to pursue your own projects/idea's too. This will assist with helping you develop your career and implement goal setting within your role

**Requirements**:

- Excellent editing skills combined with an appreciation of timing, pace, colour, and composition
- Previous experience of editing videos across a range of different brands and industries within a creative or digital environment is essential
- Ensure workload and output are completed to a high standard and to release date deadline

**Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced creative environment (Social Media, Website and Digital content creation)
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced creative environment (Video and Film Production)

**Attributes**:

- You’ll have a portfolio demonstrating a good understanding of editing and filming principles
- You should have the creativity and ability to tell a story using visual aids
- A genuine passion for all things digital; moving image, sound design and motion related assets with a relentless desire to push the boundaries of video production
- A positive ‘can-do attitude’ is essential, plus the ability to work quickly under pressure, with constant attention to detail, whilst always striving to produce the highest standard of work

- A minimum of two years proven experience as a videographer / Video Editor
- Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
- High energy level; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible, adaptable team-player; ability to work as part of a passionate, creative and professional unit
- A professional and courteous manner to all clients, talent and staff
- Ability to direct and communicate with C-Level clients in front and behind the camera when necessary

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Freelance, Graduate, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
