**Where you come in**:
Beatport is looking for a highly motivated videographer and editor based in the UK/EU who is passionate about electronic music to produce original content for Beatport and our partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Shoot and edit high-quality video in-house utilizing strong technical stills, including shooting in multiple locations from studio to on location.
- Collaborate with a heavily cross-functional team to execute high-quality and brand aligned video content.
- Planning and executing content for digital channels following best practices for social media platforms.
- Create and manage a repository for existing video files that we can leverage easily and readily as new assignments arise.
- Plan the shoot and create storyboards with the creative team and the client and present ideas where needed.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, equipment and techniques in videography and editing.
- Lead pre-production to ensure that equipment for a shoot is rented via vendors, present and working.
- Direct other camera operators and creatives so that the needed footage is acquired.

**Experience/Qualifications**:
Experienced videographer and editor who is:

- Bachelor’s in film or media production preferred.
- An experienced digital filmmaker and editor with 5+ years of experience leading and delivering a high volume of video content and translating pre-existing visuals and editorial copy into on-brand, creative content for web and social platforms.
- Ability to consistently produce videos in line with brand guidelines within time and resource constraints.
- Proficiency in Adobe suite and DaVinci Resolve as well as other video editing software.
- Knowledge of lighting, framing, editing, on-screen animation, and has a perspective on what equipment and software is best to use.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and strong decision-making ability.
- Experience with digital platform performance.
- Not mandatory, however experience flying drones or willingness to receive license is appreciated.
- Ability to work directly with clients in meetings and on set.
- Ability to move and hold equipment for long periods.
- International travel will be required 3-4 days per month.
