**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Commercial Operations Specialist in Land Freight**

Join our dynamic team if you love engaging conversations and are passionate about delivering top-notch customer service. No prior experience required—we welcome individuals from Logistics backgrounds, seeking a fresh challenge. As frontline ambassadors for our organization, you'll play a key role in closing sales cycles, from following up on quotations to booking services. Take on a rewarding position where you'll excel in general customer support and proactively resolve customer issues.

- ** Hours**: 9:00 to 17:30 - Monday to Friday

**What will you be doing?**

As a Commercial Operations Specialist, you will:

- Close sales cycle through timely follow-up on quotations and service bookings.
- Generate and confirm quotations using DB Schenker's 2Q system, adhering to SPOT processes.
- Resolve queries within specified SLAs and convert quotations according to KPIs.
- Cultivate excellent customer relationships and aim for first-class customer centricity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive business strategy.
- Achieve individual and team targets, while maintaining accurate customer records and following administration processes.

**About You**
- Knowledge of the Logistics industry (desirable)
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite.
- Strong Customer Service skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage high workloads.
- Demonstrates efficiency, effectiveness, and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, motivation, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving capabilities and commitment to honesty and integrity.
