**Head of Labour Planning & Deployment (18 Month FTC)**

**About the Role**

Supporting UK operations teams with the management of day to day labour cost to ensure that SSP UK delivers against its budgets.

Working directly with Operations to ensure labour is invested correctly - right place, right time.

Heading up the development and delivery of key labour efficiency projects in the UK to drive productivity and through-put.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

**Key Measurables**
- Total labour cost vs. Budget
- Deployment - right people, right time
- LFL sales growth through labour investment at peak
- labour investment initiatives

**To be successful in this role, you will need to have**

**Essential**:

- Strong analytical ability, preferably with a quantitative/financial degree
- Experience of working with a large front-line workforce
- Ability to communicate with senior management, front line operators and 3rd party suppliers
- Advanced Excel user
