The Administrator will contribute to providing and promoting service excellence and a best in class rental service to businesses in a designated area, through the effective management of fleet operations, administration and the provision of service excellence to customers.

The role:

- Ensuring the condition of the fleet is maintained to the required standards
- To ensure a high level of customer service is maintained and rental requests are promptly actioned
- Answering customer calls and managing bookings
- Maximise revenue opportunities by making commercially sound decisions
- Conducts thorough and accurate check ins/outs using the DG App on all vehicles leaving for, or returning from, hire to ensure that responsibility for damage can be finitely determined.
- Notifies customers immediately when damage has been identified on de-hire and obtains recharge authorisation from customers in the form of purchase order numbers or other appropriate authority.
- Where appropriate or required promptly sends order number requests, for both invoices and recharges, to customers to ensure clear communication and a time conscious approach to printing invoices.
- Effectively manages all asset maintenance events to ensure all assets are rented in a safe and roadworthy condition, including but not limited to;
- Provision and preparation of compliance packs for customers
- Ensures and upholds high levels of audit compliance.
