My client is a market leading business based in Central London. They are looking to recruit an Accountant or Accounts Receivable Specialist with strong reconciliations experience to join its team on a 6 month fixed term contract. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial records by performing complex reconciliations. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to collaborate with internal and external customers will be essential in identifying and resolving discrepancies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform reconciliation of financial transactions and accounts
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve any issues
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Prepare reports on reconciliation activities and findings

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Strong Excel skills

The role is offered on a hybrid basis, so you must be able to commute to Central London 2 days per week and be available to start at very short notice

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
