The Old Post Office by Deuce Hotels Ltd is a luxury Aparthotel located in Warrington's cultural quarter. We are looking for a guest administration assistant to join the team and help us deliver the best guest experience possible

We offer a reception-less service for our guests, giving them everything they need prior to arrival with remote support throughout their stay. Predominantly based at our Head Office on Museum Street, you will work closely with the Head of Operations as we look to expand this successful brand further in 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help to manage our guests experience from enquiries to departure.
- Respond to customer queries and feedback across all communication channels.
- Complete reservation checks and booking admin.
- Communicate with other departments to deliver a great guest journey.
- Process payments and manage invoicing.
- Involved in developing our Social Media presence, creating content and engagement in our community.

Personal Qualities & Experience:

- Confident, positive and friendly personality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work both unsupervised and within a small team.
- Flexible approach and willingness to support the business.
- An understanding where you can add value across our social media platforms.
- The ability to learn new tasks is more important than previous experience.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
