Elevation Procurement & Supply Chain are exclusively working with a major Wholesale distributor based in Doncaster in the search for an Operational Buyer. The client has a current turnover of over £14 million and is currently experiencing a period of rapidgrowth.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:

- Produce POs based on information received in site requisitions ensuring compliance with relevant specification standards and Bills of Quantities.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure project programmes are met when necessary
- Manage tender / quotation processes and evaluate offers from suppliers and negotiate most favourable terms
- Produce reports of project costs and supplier performance
*.Introduce new suppliers and set-up in line with company processes
- Experience within a procurement setting
- Good IT and communication skills
- Desire to grow and progress within the company.
