Advanced Clinical Practitioner

We are looking to recruit a band 8a advanced clinical practitioner for our 3 GP Surgeries. We would be interested to hear from ACPs who would like to work part-time hours.
We have 15 hours available
- Old Hall Surgery, Ellesmere Port day a week
Willaston Surgery, South Wirral for one day per week.
The successful applicant(s) will join well established clinical teams of salaried GPs, practice nurses, healthcare assistants, clinical pharmacists, occupational health mental health worker and will be supported by the admin team, led by the practice manager.
We work closely with our PCN colleagues and our surgeries also offer a range of ARRS roles.
**We offer a relocation package of up to £8,000**
The relocation package is for anyone who would need to relocate in order to take up employment with Cheshire and Wirral Partnership.
As an autonomous practitioner, the successful applicant will be required to assess, diagnose and treat adults and children within the practice population presenting with undifferentiated diagnoses relating to minor illnesses. Applicants will hold a masters degree and non-medical prescribing is an essential pre-requisite of this post.

All new clinical support staff will be required to have completed or working towards the Care Certificate (CWP In-house 2 day training to be completed within 6 months of start date).
Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. You are encouraged to enrol for the DBS Update Service. A small annual fee of £13 per year applies.
New entrants to the NHS will commence on the minimum of the scale stated above.
