**Main responsibilities**:
It is important to start with what this role is definitely NOT:

- A role where your boss is a dictator who micro manages and does not provide an environment centred around growth
- A role where you are a cog in a very big machine and you have very little impact on the day to day
- A role where you work in isolation away from the team
- A role where there is a ceiling of opportunities
- A role that is all work and no play

In this role, you will be working to follow-up on the enquiries to schedule appointments, field questions, send out information packs and assist in delivering memorable customer experiences.

Even though this is a non-clinical role, you will play an integral role in helping patients achieve success in their physiotherapy treatment plans.

**About the owner**

The driving force behind Instant Physio's rapid growth since its launch is Ed Thompson (and his awesome team of course), a physiotherapist of 11 years. Ed has big plans to expand into other areas of healthcare, personal fitness and is dedicated to continually improving the patient pathways to recovery.

Having travelled extensively around the UK, USA and Europe to discover the best ways he and his team can improve, he sets the standard for clinical care, patient communication and personal development. He is known the be heavily invested in his teams success and lives 'high challenge, high support' with a relationship with his staff built on transparency.

**Salary**: Up to £32,000.00 per year

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
