I am working with a professional consultancy who are looking for a skilled administrator to join their team.

This role is a varied role supporting different groups of the organisation. Working with both the HR and Employment Law team, it also provides support for the Senior Team.

Managing priorities and varied types of work and people is going to be key to the success of the role.Client focus, juggling remote team members and ensuring client delivery will be essential.A creative approach to elements such as marketing and websitesmust be balanced with an ability to liaise with clients in a professional way.

The day to day duties and responsibilities for the administrator include:

- Liaison around proposal drafting, approval and despatch to clients in a timely manner
- Provision of support for Training courses, including presentations, handouts etc.
- Management of templates across the business groups
- Presentation building for a range of clients and internal events
- Provision of confidential, accurate and efficient support
- Managing content and updating the Intranet
- Manage and maintain all Stationary stock, ensuring that it is current and relevant including supplies for photo copiers, business cards etc.
- Proactive Diary management, including liaison with clients to establish availability for meetings (internal and external)
- Provision of Presentation support - training, proposals etc.
- Management of all incoming/outgoing mail
- Administer, organise travel arrangements for all staff when required
- Become involved in booking training courses/conference places etc. for all staff
- Consistent updating of contact information management and distribution
- Provide cover for other administrative roles as appropriate

The experience required for the administrator post will include:

- Previous work experience within an administrative role is essential
- Previous experience of working within a health and safety background would be great (not essential)
- Evidence of working effectively within a high pressure, deadline oriented environment
- Proven success within a multi-service, client driven business
- Developed experience in a client management, client focus environment
- A creative approach and strength with presentation materials
- Demonstrated willingness to support other areas and determine company priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work to key deadlines whilst under pressure
- Communication skills, both verbal and written
- A team player at all times
