**Zeus Hydratech are a global supplier of quality hydraulic components, from our facility in South Bristol - We serve both the UK and global market.**

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Proactively approach new business opportunities
- Actively research new market sectors
- Prepare quotations
- Demonstrate a hunger for new business opportunities and be incentivised by our bonus scheme
- Versatile and adaptive attitude (essential for a small business environment)
- Confident telephone manor and must have the ability to create connections with customers
- Have an enthusiastic ‘can do approach’
- Demonstrate the confidence look at new business opportunities and put forward commercial opportunities to the Director for consideration
- Comfortable working as part of a small team
- Possess excellent organisation skills
- Strong authority and capable of dealing with complaints and supplier issues as required
- Capable of making decisions and working on your own initiative
- Ability to self-motivate

**Salary**

£28k-£35k per year (dependant on experience within the hydraulic sector) + uncapped commission (for new business sales)

**Location**

You will be based from head office in Paulton, BS39 7SW

**Experience**

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in sales, have an excellent telephone manor, excellent writing skills and be able to build rapport and develop relationships. You will be organised and focused and have a strong understanding of sales processes (understanding profit, margin and cost calculations) You must also have the ability to work closely with the other members of the team and have a flexible approach towards your work schedule.
