**Front of House Receptionist**

As the Front of House Receptionist you play a vital role in ensuring the successful operation of the front-of-house function at the clinic. Your main responsibilities include overseeing reception, telephony, and the overall aesthetics of the clinic. Your objective is to develop and enhance the patient experience by engaging with patients upon their arrival, understanding their needs, and continuously improving our services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Welcoming and Engaging Patients:Create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors, ensuring they feel professionally greeted and comfortable.
Inform patients about what to expect upon arrival, including necessary forms, waiting times, and the individuals they will be meeting.
Offer patients refreshments and engage them during waiting periods.

**Maintain Aesthetics**:
Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and aesthetically pleasing, maintaining a high standard.
Uphold the overall appearance of the clinic to align with our commitment to exceptional patient care.

**Administrative Support**:
Provide administrative assistance to the team when needed.
Manage patient bookings for additional services such as parking, transportation, accommodation, nutritionist or coaching sessions, post-op care packages, and non-surgical pre or post-op packages.
Develop this aspect of the service by networking and generating innovative ideas.

**Customer Service Excellence**:
Demonstrate a natural focus and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Proactively ensure the smooth operation of the front-of-house function.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with both patients and colleagues.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Innovative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas to enhance the patient experience.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and attention to detail.
