**This is a hybrid role, asking for x2 days a week in the Hatfield office**

**The Role**

Our client is looking for a CRM Executive to join the CRM and Digital Marketing team. As CRM Executive, you will have responsibility over the development of strategies to drive the growth of the active customer base. Key retail activities will include seasonalCRM campaigns.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- End-to-end campaign management
- Working with the wider Brand Marketing team
- Decision-making over customer communications
- Working with the Insights and Analytics team to understand customer behaviour
- Create personalised and targeted CRM plans
- Work collaboratively with wider business areas ensuring all content is on brand and supports the key messages of the organisation

**Skills Required**:

- 2-3 years' minimum experience in CRM
- A passion for customer experience
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
