We are looking for a Senior Healthcare Assistant who is compassionate and driven to make a difference to patients and their families at a difficult time in their lives. The Hospice night-sitting service provides respite care for patients and their carers within their own home, giving families the chance to sleep, recharge and provide support.

- Key role information >>_
- Hospice at Home serves the whole of North Lancashire, South Lakeland, Cumbria and includes parts of North Yorkshire, and visits may be anywhere in this catchment area. It is essential you hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle during working hours
- **Hours** include - being in the patients home from 9.45pm - 6.45am (9 hours), plus 15 minutes travel time and 15 minutes reading time (to be completed before arriving at the patients home). This role is for 3 nights per week (over a 7-day rota).
- **Pay is based on 28.5 hours / week, dependent on pension.**:

- **Holidays**:7 weeks per annum (pro rata)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £19,977.36-£20,599.80 per year

Expected hours: 28.5 per week
